Subject Banner

Our range of early years course are designed to prepare you for a career working with babies and young children from birth to 7 years old, and teach you specialised knowledge of the early years setting of 0-5 years.

This timeframe of a child’s life is crucial to their personal development, and our courses are specifically designed to teach you the knowledge, skills, and understanding you need to support their physical and mental health and well-being.

Our fully-trained and experienced team of expert tutors will teach you how to aid the development of babies and young children, provide effective and compassionate teaching, and nurture the social, developmental, educational, and cognitive skills they need to fulfil their potential.

We employ a clearly-defined progression route with our course offerings, from Level 1 through to Level 4, which can provide a direct pathway to Higher Education and, ultimately, becoming a fully-qualified early years educator.

All of our counselling courses are fully-accredited by the Council for Awards in Care, Health and Education (CACHE), the UK's leading provider of vocational qualifications for those working in early years education, childcare, and health and social care.

As part of your course, at the right time for you and as an integrated element of your learning, you will have the opportunity to complete one or more of the following qualifications:

Level 1 Award in Interpersonal Skills

Level 1 Award in Mental Health Awareness

Level 1 Award in Digital Skills

These are FREE to you. We know the importance of adding knowledge and competencies to your CV to make you stand out from the crowd. Following extensive conversations with local employers we know that qualifications such as these are highly-prized, and showing that you have honed additional skills will certainly set you on the right path to the career you have always wanted.
