Multiply is a new initiative from the government to help adults across the UK to improve their numeracy skills.

There will be a range of courses available to adults who are looking to enter employment, progress at work or require support with daily financial tasks.

Multiply will enable adult learners to achieve one or more of the following objectives:

  • Support your children with numeracy skills
  • Progress to higher levels of training/education
  • Manage money better
  • Access to new job opportunities or promotion at work
  • Earn higher wages

Managing your money

This course will help you with organising your finances. We will help you with boosting your numeracy skills to support with money management and daily expenditure.

  • Look at comparing and choosing loans, credit cards and energy tariffs.
  • Improve budgeting , planning and managing your household expenses
  • Understand how tax is calculated for your wages.

Prepare for promotion by Boosting your numeracy skills

Are you ready for your promotion at work? Looking ti build your confidence in numeracy skills? Sign up for our free course for upskilling the workforce. The course content includes boosting your confidence in maths, statistics and data handling at work.

  • Develop the skills to use online applications such as Excel.
  • Understand how to use percentage, fractions and and other core topics.
  • Under basic to advanced use of statistics and data analysis

Numeracy skills to support your child

Do you want to help your children with their homework? Need help remembering methods and topics? These courses are designed to empower and educate parents with the current maths their children are learning in lessons, making it easier for them to support with homework. We show you current methods used in schools today and take you through the math curriculum

Preparation for work

Have you struggled with numeracy before? Is your lack of confidence stopping you from applying for jobs? This course will be the best way to get you comfortable with numbers. This will be a stepping stone qualification which will help you progress to further qualifications such as a Level 2 Functional skills in Maths or GCSE. Many employers and colleges ask you to achieve Level 2 in Maths to apply for a job or a course.

  • Develop the essential skills required to do the numeracy parts of various job roles
