In a remarkable demonstration of skill and persistence, apprentices from the Lee Marley Academy at London South Bank Technical College (LSBTC) distinguished themselves at the recent London Apprentice Competition held at Lewisham College. The event served as a significant platform for apprentices from across London to demonstrate their abilities and commitment, with the Lee Marley Academy's apprentices delivering exceptional performances.

A highlight of the competition was the achievement of Alfie, an apprentice from LSBTC's Lee Marley Academy, who clinched a commendable third place in the individual category. Alfie's accomplishment is a reflection of his dedication and the academy's quality training, which evidently stands out in a competitive setting.

Team Achievement:

The competition also highlighted the collective success of the apprentices, particularly the boys' team from Lee Marley Academy, which secured second place among five competing teams. This result emphasises the team's unity and the practical implementation of their training and skills in a collaborative environment. The academy takes particular pride in its female apprentices, Morgan and Amelia, who participated enthusiastically and demonstrated their expertise. Their involvement and achievements are vital in fostering gender diversity within the construction sector.
