Level 1 Travel and Tourism students recently organised a Cultural Day event. The event aimed to showcase the diverse cultural backgrounds of the students and promote cross-cultural understanding and appreciation. The students put in a lot of effort to prepare for the event, with each of them representing a different culture or country. The event consisted of students bringing in a range of delicious and authentic dishes from different parts of the world, which were enjoyed by all attendees. Overall, the Cultural Day event was a great opportunity for students to learn from each other and celebrate the rich diversity that exists within the South Bank Colleges community. It was a testament to the importance of promoting cross-cultural understanding and appreciation in our increasingly diverse community within South London. The students did great and should be proud of their hard work and the success of the event.
