14-16 - Getting you ready for college

Information for Applicants | COVID-19 Safety

A high quality, caring and flexible curriculum for those seeking additional enrichment to their current offer or an alternative to school.

We are passionate about our work with young people, their families and our partners.

Our flexible 14-16 curriculum successfully prepares young people for college. The curriculum includes core subjects such as English and maths as well courses that develop both personal and employability skills. Our staff team works closely with schools, local authorities and partners to ensure that the needs of every individual are met. This personalised approach ensures that young people develop new skills, gain qualifications, and grow in confidence as they overcome the barriers and challenges that they face. Progress is reviewed regularly and every young person is encouraged to aim for higher level qualifications where they demonstrate the capacity to do so.

Applications for places are to be made by secondary schools or the Local Authority.

At the moment we offer one day a week vocational placements for students in year 10. For students in year 11 we offer both full and part-time provision.
