If you're aged 16-19 and don't yet have the appropriate skills or experience for work or an Apprenticeship, then our Pre-Apprenticeships can provide the essential work preparation training, English and maths skills, and work experience you need to secure an official Apprenticeship or rewarding employment.
These 18 week courses, consisting of three days of study a week, are designed to help you develop the skills and attitudes you need to become a successful Apprentice; build your confidence in maths and English; and enable you to take part in a long-term work placement in an industry you find interesting.
