This course is designed to teach you the knowledge and skills you need in order to work as cabin crew with an airline, including the duties carried out by cabin crew in the crew room. You will develop your understanding of key areas such as the role of cabin crew; airline health, safety and security; how to respond to planned and unplanned emergencies on-board an aircraft; selling products and services to passengers; and making passenger announcements on-board aircraft.

What do you need to apply?
4 GCSE qualifications (or equivalent) at grade D or 3 or above or Equivalent Level 1 vocational qualification
Additional information: If you do not possess the listed entry qualifications, but have proven industry experience and a passion for the subject, then you may still qualify for this course.
How will you be assessed?
You will be assessed in a variety of innovative ways, including practical assignments, course work, and presentations. You will not have to take exams or be placed in high-pressure situations.

After successfully passing the Level 2 Certificate in an Introduction to Cabin Crew, you may wish to consider progressing on to one of the following Level 3 courses:
