COVID-19 Safety

Lambeth College is working in partnership with the Job Centre Plus to create opportunities for unemployed people aged 19-24.

Lambeth Youth Hub is a one-stop shop for a multitude of support services under one roof. There are two welcoming members of staff at the Hub who are on hand to help you with a variety of job search techniques.

At the Hub you can get help with your CV, develop your job search methods and practise your interview skills. Housing and mental health information is also available and you can also access support in areas such as English and maths.

Based at the Lambeth College Clapham Centre

Open: Monday to Friday 10am-4pm.

In the first video, Sheromie Brewester, a Youth Worker at the Hub explains the process and support available to those who are referred. In the second, people who have used the Youth Hub service give their testimony.

The Lambeth Youth Hub is extremely flexible, the only expectation is that you commit to at least two days a week. Young people’s benefits will not be affected by them taking part in the Lambeth Youth Hub.

The service is designed to prepare individuals to head into employment with a confident start.
