This course prepares learners to work with children between birth and 5 years, with knowledge of children up to 7 years. Learners will need to be working, volunteering or on a practical placement as an important part of the assessment process involves evaluating skills in real working situations.
Our minimum entry criteria may be altered at any stage up to and including enrolment. All offers are subject to a successful interview and completion of an initial and diagnostic assessment.

4 GCSE qualifications at or above grade D or 3, or equivalent level 1 vocational qualification.
