Is it time for you to progress to a more senior level, with more direct reports and responsibilities? If so, this Level 3 Team Leader or Supervisor Apprenticeship is for you.

You'll learn how to effectively manage a team, project, budget and more, to successfully deliver a clearly defined outcome. You'll also learn how to support, manage and develop team workers, manage projects, plan and monitor workloads and resources, deliver operational plans, resolve problems, and build relationships both internally and externally.

This apprenticeship will prepare you whether you're looking at management roles in the private, public, or third sector.

  • What do you need to apply?

    Entry requirements are set by each individual employer, but it is likely you will need 5 GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above. If you haven't got Level 2 English and Maths (or equivalent), you will need to have undertaken this by the end of the apprenticeship.

    • Assessment method 1: Presentation with questions and answers
    • Assessment method 2: Professional discussion underpinned by a portfolio of evidence
  • Where can this course take you?

    After you have successfully completed this apprenticeship, you may choose register as an Associate Member of the Chartered Management Institute and/or the Institute of Leadership and Management to support your further career development.
