The technology focused activity provided a fun introduction to the world of coding and was delivered to inspire the young learners to get involved in STEM.

Pamela Hammond (Senior Nursery Manager) and Donna Ebanks (Nursery Officer) organised the event, and Grace Owolade Coombes, from Transform Educational Support, facilitated. Micro-Bit Educational Foundation also very kindly donated free micro-bits and accessories for the children to use during the session and Emma Smart, Communications and Logistics Support Officer commented: "It's not often I hear about coding workshops with that age group!"

Pamela said; "I am delighted to have been able to offer such a new and exciting activity and the children really enjoyed themselves. We are always looking to introduce inspiring, fun sessions to get the children thinking and the support we received from Transform Educational Support and Micro-Bit Educational Foundation really made coding come to life."
