Food Art dinner with Adam Byatt from Trinity | South Bank Colleges

Adam explains:

"Trinity is a privately-owned neighbourhood restaurant situated in the heart of Clapham Old Town. When we started out, way back in 2006, our self-set mission was to serve great food. It had to be seasonal, inspirational and, above all, delicious. Ten years later and our priorities have not changed one single bit. While we are the proud holders of one Michelin Star and numerous accolades, our motivation is as it has always been, to continuously provide our guests with a memorable gastronomic experience".

The menu included a Trinity signature dish, big eye carpaccio, avocado, sesame and lime, with the help of chef lecturers Andrew Whitson and Toby Walsh. The main course was venison fillet, celeriac and preserved plum and juniper. The evening ended with warm pear frangipane tart and praline ice cream.

Level 2 Front of House learners also helped bring the event together and were led by lecturer Jeannette Bryson. The Craft Guild of Chefs attended and fed back: "We have thoroughly enjoyed the evening and the meal was really wonderful".
