IMG 7028The excursion to Bath and Stonehenge was very much enjoyed by us all. It was well thought out, pre-planned, and ran smoothly, which helped to result in a fun and truly enjoyable trip!

Unfortunately, we could not enter the actual site of Stonehenge due to group size and Covid-19 restrictions, however we did manage to see it from our coach on the motorway as we passed by and we managed to get a few snaps.

The excursion to Bath educated us on the history of the city, from the Roman period, to discovering the many stunning limestone Georgian architectural buildings, landmarks, and attractions. We discovered what makes the City of Bath a popular visitor destination and how visitors are managed throughout the destination, for example, by means of signage, maps of the city’s streets and nearby attractions.

With the city being quite small we were able to see all of the visitor attractions with ease, the weather was kind to us, the city was beautiful a thoroughly enjoyable trip.
