For some, it's the complete 180 from classroom learning to online learning, for others it's the lockdown and not being able to see your loved ones. Perhaps it's the anxieties around the virus or something else completely.

It's all totally understandable and we hope you can see that there's a light outside of this bleak tunnel.

Use Our In-house Counselling Services

Don't feel like you have to search far and wide to receive help and support. Our in-house counselling service is for you to use at anytime you feel you need it. There'll be no judgement, there'll be no pushback in getting you the support. Speaking confidentially about your worries could take some weight off your shoulder and may resolve some of the issues you have.

Actually, therapy is encouraged whether you have worries or not. Just talking can do wonders but you won't know until you try.

Contect with Others

Being with other people we get on with has a chemical impact on our brains, producing oxytocin, an anxiety-reducing hormone. So when you start feeling stressed or anxious, turn to others for a chat. Whether it's a socially distanced meet up or messages over social media. Surround yourself with people who has a positive impact in your life.
