Our Health and Social Care team have a stringent assessment process which helps to ensure your staff are placed on the right course for them. Our aim of our delivery is simple, to deliver the best training possible to your employees. Each candidate will receive their own personal mentor throughout the training and you will be regularly updated with the progress of each candidate.
The College operates a robust Quality Assurance and initial assessment system and implements Equality, Disability Discrimination Act and Health and Safety Policies. To ensure our high level of quality training is maintained, our staff are routinely observed as part of an annual Professional Development Review Cycle.
