Lambeth College’s stand at Skills London 2012 attracted hundreds of young people eager to have a go at our specially designed interactive skills activities. ( 23 and 24 November 2012)
Hair and beauty tutors Lisa Groves Tarron Pearson and students drew in the crowds with lessons in hairstyling and hair braiding and a film and TV make-up demo which turned our stand into an episode of Casualty!
Visitors could also play a specially designed space invaders game and talk to our staff and students about all the exciting new courses the college has planned for September 2013. Watch this space!
This year’s Skills 2012 at ExCeL Exhibition Centre attracted nearly 30,000 young people, teachers, parents and employers from across London.
