The School of Engineering recently hosted a visit from a number of Norwegian engineering employers. The group consisted of seven directors who run engineering companies based in Stavanger in southern Norway. They were accompanied by an old friend of Lambeth College, Knut Maubach. Knut is responsible for the apprenticeship training of over 200 young engineers who work for these companies. During the visit the group were able to tour specialist facilities and talk with staff and students. Some of Lambeth College engineering students hope to visit Norway in the near future.
