Motivation from Millwall Millionaire
March 2004
Theo Paphilis, Chairman of Millwall FC, gave a talk to Lambeth College’s Prince’s Trust Volunteers on 16 March. The group visited the Den, Millwall’s home ground, on the day they beat Tranmere Rovers and got into the semi-finals of the FA Cup (the first time since 1939).
Theo answered questions from the Prince’s Trust students on a wide range of topics including what sort of car he owns, how he became a millionaire and how much he earns. He also spoke about coming to this country from Cyprus and the difficulties he faces being dyslexic.
As well as being Chairman of Millwall, Theo owns Rymans stationers and La Senza lingerie. He very generously gave the group a goody bag from Rymans.
