Sir Isaac Lectures

April 2003

Lambeth College employed a rather unusual visiting tutor in April when Sir Isaac Newton (actor and historian Peter Joyce) came and gave a lecture to school pupils taking part in our '14 to 16 year old Flexibility Project'. The pupils come to the College one day a week from local schools to study subjects in Arts & Crafts, Engineering and Construction.

Sir Isaac told the pupils about the world's most brilliant scientist and his many discoveries in the world of science and technology.

This is one of the initiatives introduced by staff to enliven the curriculum.
