Celebrating Cultures 2003

This year's celebration at the Brixton Centre of Lambeth College was very diverse and enriched the cultural life of the Centre.
There were wonderful displays of singing and dancing from various African and South American countries. The highlights of the afternoon were Amelie Nguekam who performed Macosa dancing, Anne and Diwele who delighted us with Gumboot dancing from South Africa and, as a grand finale, Henri Gao Bi who entertained us with ecstatic drumming and dancing from the Ivory Coast.
