Tutorial Support
If you enrol for a full-time course at Lambeth College you will have a personal tutor who will be your first point of contact for help, advice and information. They will meet with you at least once a week and will provide you with a tutorial programme including study skills, career planning and personal development.  Your tutor will also help you plan your learning and set yourself clear targets, give you feedback on how you are doing on the course and identify your successes and areas for development.  Wherever possible, this support is extended to part-time students.

Student Advice
Our Student Advisers provide information, practical advice and guidance on a range of welfare and financial issues that may worry you.

Careers Guidance and Advice
You will receive advice on possible careers, further courses, or progression to university from your tutor and/or one of our Careers Advisers. If you decide you want to look for work when you've finished your course, we will give you help with job search skills, completing application forms, writing CVs and interview techniques.

Connexions
Connexions Personal Advisers are available to provide advice and help to young people with any personal concerns or difficulties which may affect their ability to attend college or study.

University Entrance
We will give you advice and assistance in choosing the right course and filling in your university application (UCAS) form. The College runs a Higher Education Fair in October so that you can meet staff from universities and find out more about the courses they offer.

Work Experience
Some of our vocational courses include a period of work experience which will help to increase your skills and knowledge.
