Richard became the Principal on 1 November 2005. He has over 27 years experience in the Further Education sector. His last role was as Principal of the successful Sixth Form College Sir George Monoux which he had for five years. Before that he was Vice Principal at Lewisham College for eight years. He is himself a product of further education having re-entered education in his 20s to take a number of qualifications, the highest of which is the MSc in Education Management.
