Youth Work Practice - CG Level 2 Certificate

This course helps students to develop the skills and knowledge required for working within a variety of settings with young people including local authority or voluntary organisations.

Course content:

• Principles of youth work
• Working one-to-one with young people
• Developing and implementing activities
• Health and safety
• Safeguarding

After this course: Progression to level 3 qualification or promotion
 

Level 1 in English and Maths or an equivalent level in the initial College assessment. Learners must be working in a relevant role in a paid or voluntary capacity and provide evidence of a Criminal Record Declaration on enrolment.
