This course helps students to develop the skills required for working within a variety of settings with young people including local authority or voluntary organisations such as youth centres, schools, colleges and Youth Offending Teams.
Youth work in the UK is an important, growing service which will continue to reduce the number of alienated youth and 'at risk' groups, helping to inspire young people to make a positive contribution to society.
You must be aged 16 or over. Candidates must be living in England and not taking part in full-time education.
Candidates must be employed in an appropriate job role and able to attend college one day a week.
