World Cookery

Learn to prepare and cook a selection of delicious starters, main courses and desserts from around the world. Each week the skills and techniques demonstrated will enable you to confidently prepare and cook a range of exciting recipes.

For this course you will need to provide your own ingredients.

You must be aged 19 or over.
