Teaching Fitness and Exercise (Introduction)

Do you like to exercise and keep fit? Have you ever wondered about training to be a Fitness Instructor?

This course is for anyone who wants to learn about the skills and knowledge needed to gain qualifications and employment in the fitness industry. The course covers theory and practical work.

You must be aged 19 or over.

You will be required to attend a short interview before enrolling on this course.
