This course is for those who have some experience of Wu Style Tai Chi Chaun or any other Tai Chi forms which can be adapted. Students will work on refining/adapting previously learnt materials as well as learning forms 15 -32 of the Wu Style hand form and other exercises

All tai Chi Chaun courses involve a combination of exercise, stretching, breathing and meditation and the co-ordination of mind and body.

You must be aged 19 or over.

You will be required to attend a short interview before enrolling on this course.
