This course covers the detailed principles involved in construction site management for people who have recently moved into site management or wish to do so in the future.
Course content:
- Project planning
- Project control
- Monitoring managing
- The quality of site work
- Managing health, safety, welfare and risk control at work
- Managing dimensional control
- On site developing and managing people
After this course: Progression to level 4 qualification or employment.
Please note: After completing the certificate a further twelve units are required to achieve the L4 CIOB Diploma. These are arranged on a rolling basis with opportunities to start in September or February.
Advanced Construction Award or level 3 Diploma in a relevant construction trade and at least 2 years of working on a construction site.
