This course is designed especially for those who have experienced anxiety, depression or other mental health difficulties who wish to return to learning and progress to further studies or employment.
Students can choose from English, Maths or ICT.
Course content:
English course:
- Reading
- Writing
- Speaking and Listening
- Spelling
- Grammar
Maths course:
- Using 4 rules Decimals
- Percentages and Fractions
- Budgeting
- Measure, shape and space
ICT course:
- Word processing
- Spreadsheets
- Presentations
After this course: Progression to vocational qualification or employment.
You will be required to take the initial College assessment in Literacy and Numeracy.
