Plastering - CSKILLS NVQ Level 2 Diploma

This course is for learners who are employed as a plasterer who would like a qualification in work competency.

Course content:

• Safe working practices in construction
• Information, quantities and communicating with others
• Building methods and construction technology
• Applying plaster materials to external surfaces
• Fixing dry lining and plasterboard products to interiors
• Forming sand and cement screeds
• Producing plaster components
• Applying plaster materials to internal surfaces
• Positioning and securing fibrous plaster components

After this course: Progression to level 3 qualification.

Learners must be over the age of 16 and employed as a plasterer.

Learners will submit a portfolio of evidence supported by photographic,  written and observation testimonies. At least two site visits will be arranged.
