Management - OCR NVQ Level 3 Certificate

This course is designed to reflect the work of managers across a wide range of industries and organisations and is for those who are carrying out management activities in the workplace.

Course content:

• Managing own professional development within an organisation
• Setting objectives and providing support for team members
• Planning, allocating and monitoring the work of a team
• Providing leadership and direction for own area of responsibility

After this course: Progression to a level 3 or level 4 qualifications or promotion

Level 2 English and Maths or an equivalent level in the initial College assessment. Learners must be employed in a relevant area.
