This course is specifically designed for older persons (50+) and will allow you to maintain and improve your mobility, flexibility, strength and stamina.

You must be aged 50 or over.

Tuesday 10am - 3pm and (term time only) 5pm - 7pm
Wednesday 10am - 3pm
Thursday 10am - 3pm and (term time only) 5pm - 7pm
Friday 10am - 3pm
