This course helps students to develop the skills and knowledge required to care for children.
Course content:
- The value of play for babies and young children
- Management and organisation in an early years setting
- Roles and responsibilities in an early years setting
After this course: Progression to level 2 qualification. This course helps students to develop the skills and knowledge required to care for children.
Learners must be aged 16 or over. Voluntary experience in an early years setting is desirable.
