First Line Management - ILM Level 3 Certificate

This course is suitable for practising line managers who wish to develop their management skills and broaden their knowledge base.

Course content:

• Organisational change
• Time management

Please note: This course builds on the ILM Level 3 Award in First Line Management.

After this course: Progression to a level 4 qualification or employment
 

Level 2 English and Maths or an equivalent level in the initial College assessment. You must be over the age of 18. You do not have to be employed but learners will be either practising or aspiring first line managers.
