This course is suitable for practising or aspiring line managers who wish to formally develop their skills as a manager.
Course content:
- Solving problems and making decisions
- Understanding how to establish an effective team
- Managing conflict in the workplace
After this course: Progression to a level 4 qualification or promotion
Level 2 English and Maths or an equivalent level in the initial College assessment. Learners must be employed in a relevant area and will be either practising or aspiring first line managers.
