This course helps students to improve their English and develop skills for office-based work. ESOL examinations take place throughout the duration of the course.
Course content:
- English - reading, writing, speaking and listening and gramma.
- Citizenship
- Office Skills - reception duties, health & safety, filing, telephone skills
- Job search skills - applying for jobs and interview skills
- ICT - touch typing and Microsoft Office
- Work placement in an office environment
After this course: Progression to level 1 qualification or employment.
You will be asked to take an assessment in English to make sure you are at the right level for the course.
