Equality, diversity and inclusion in dementia care - CG Level 2 Unit

The qualifications in awareness of dementia and dementia care are aimed at occupational areas across all service user groups and ages, working in statutory (including NHS), private and voluntary agencies.

Course content:

• Understanding and appreciating the importance of diversity of individuals with dementia
• Understanding the importance of person centred approaches in the care and support of individuals with dementia
• Understanding ways of working with a range of individuals who have dementia to ensure diverse needs are met.

You must be over the age of 18 and employed in a relevant work setting.
