After this course: Progression to level 3 qualification, employment or an apprenticeship.
Please note: In order to become a fully qualified electrician students need to gain employment in the electrotechnical industry and study for the NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical Equipment and Systems.
A level 1 qualification in Electrical Installations or Electronics. 2 GCSE passes (Grades A* - D) in English and Maths or English or Maths at level 1 in the initial College assessment.
