This course provides learners with the skills and knowledge required for progression to Higher Education. Students must gain GCSE equivalence in Maths, Science and English as part of the course in order to continue to progress to initial teacher training.

4 GCSEs (Grades A*- C) including English and Maths or a level 2 vocational qualification, and/or English and Maths at level 2 in the initial College assessment.
Learners need to have some experience of working with children of any age in a voluntary or paid capacity and provide one reference.
