This course is for school leavers with moderate learning difficulties and /or disabilities who want to work in catering. The course provides an introduction to the skills required in catering as well as developing basic skills. There is a practical work experience module on the course.

- Functional skills – English, Maths, ICT
After this course:
Enterprise course at the College or employment.
No formal entry requirements but students will be required to complete a short assessment.
