Our Special Interest courses can help you brush up your skills, develop an exciting interest or hobby and meet new friends in a relaxing supportive atmosphere. Many of our courses can help you progress to gain qualifications or provide a step towards employment. Why not have a go at Flower Arranging, Fashion and Clothes Making, Painting or Beginners French (or the choice of many other subjects) and see where it takes you?
Our courses and programmes are designed to encourage adults to return to learning with the expectation of developing new skills to improve and progress. Adult learning programmes are structured into levels to enable learners to identify their appropriate starting point, with progression routes through the levels for those wishing to undertake a qualification in the subject or to seek employment.
You must be aged over 19 to apply for these Special Interest courses.
