This course allows learners to discover and develop skills in child care and is suitable for anyone interested in working with children.
Course content:
- Listening to and talking to young children
- Respecting and valuing children
- Routines for a young child
- Confidence building for the young child through play
- Providing a safe and hygienic environment for a young child
- Play and learning in the home.
After this course: Progression to level 1 qualification
Learners must be over the age of 16. This course is suitable for both employed and unemployed candiates.
