Learn to prepare and cook a range of delicious cakes, including birthday cakes and cakes for other special occasions. Each week the skills and techniques demonstrated will give you all the confidence you need to create good quality cakes for any event.
For this course you will need to provide your own ingredients.
You must be aged 19 or over.
