About the course: This course provides a broad-based education in Art and Design and helps students to develop the necessary knowledge and skills required for progression. There are opportunities to work collaboratively with professional organisations and practitioners and visits to galleries such as the Tate, Hayward and Victoria and Albert are organised.

After this course: Progression to level 3 qualification or employment.
Students need to have 4 GCSE passes (Grades A* - E). If you have not achieved a Grade D or above in English or Maths you will need a Level 1 pass in the initial College assessment.
You will need to provide a portfolio of your recent art and design work and a reference.
You should be committed to art practice and have a disciplined and professional approach to your work.
