Are you aged 16-25 years old? Are you currently seeking employment or looking to re-enter education? Would you like to be taught valuable life skills that will help you achieve your goals? If you answered yes to those questions, then the Prince’s Trust Team Programme is designed exactly for you, and the many others who are in the exact same position.
By joining the Team Programme, you’ll join a group of up to 15 other young people just like you, and over 12 fun-filled and rewarding weeks you’ll get to know each other through residential, community projects and work placements; all geared to help you gain new life skills that’ll stay with you – and help you – throughout your future journey.
You’ll discover hidden talents and build your confidence, all while gaining a nationally-recognised qualification that employers love. You’ll even be helped to develop your English and Maths skills, and your CV and interview skills, giving you a head start in your search for employment or a place at college.
What experience and skills will you gain?
You will develop knowledge and life skills through: • Taking on your own group community project, and making a positive difference to the place where you live • Taking part in an action-packed residential trip • Getting two weeks’ work experience in something you’re interested in • Developing your English and Maths skills • Developing your CV writing and interview skills

What do you need to apply?
No formal qualifications required.
You must be aged between 16-25 and either seeking employment or looking to start full-time/part-time study.

There is no formal assessment on this programme; it’s all about personal development and growing as an individual.

Where can this course take you?
Three out of four (75%) of all people who complete their 12-week Prince’s Trust Team Programme go on to paid employment, or enrolment on a college course, within three months of completion.
